Shipping Policy

Dove Studios is committed to the timely processing and shipment of all orders. Shop orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days, though we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing times for custom orders vary on a case-by-case basis depending on the project details and timeline.

Shipping Details:

• Business hours: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM EST (Florida)

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

• Domestic Orders - shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 2-6 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.

• International Orders – shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If our shop is currently unavailable in your country or region, please contact us at dovestudiosart@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make ordering available to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation email). In many cases, packages are held at your nearest post office for pickup. If you are still unable to locate your package after contacting the post office, please reach out to us at dovestudiosart@gmail.com so we can assist you further.
