Return Policy
We offer returns on non-handmade items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged:
Handmade products
Custom or personalized items
Sale items
Gift cards
If your handmade item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dovestudiosart@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged/wrong item for return approval. Returns for handmade items will only be approved after the issue has been reviewed.
How to Start a Return
To start a return request, contact us at dovestudiosart@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
